Ashraf and Bowers magic in big win

Beaconsfield stormed back into the Thames Valley League Division 2B title race thanks to an extraordinary bowling display from Zia Ashraf at Wilton Park on Saturday.
The off-spinner returned 8-54 from 18 overs as visitors Fleet slipped from 110-0 to 214 all out.
The hosts raced to an eight-wicket win thanks to a spectacular century from Johnny Bowers (116 not out off just 69 balls) and au unbeaten 58 from David Heavyside (only 30 balls), replying with 220-2 in just 29.3 overs.
